Free returns for orders shipped to customers in the U.S.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your UNWORN, UNDAMAGED shoes must be returned in their original shoe box within 30 days of the date printed on the invoice. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your account to be credited. We guarantee against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund/exchange. We reserve the right to reject returns.
- Restricted Footwear is not responsible for missing, damaged, or package lost in transit.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.

Canada and other international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Click “Completed” under Manage Your Account
- Click "Return Item(s)” and select the item(s) for your return/exchange. Your request will be reviewed and you will receive an Email within 1-2 business days.
Guests:
You may contact us at customerservice@restrictedshoes.com with the email subject: Return/Exchange Request – Your Order Number, to process your request for returns/exchanges. Our customer service team will assist you further.
If you select to return via other ship method, the shipping expense cannot be reimbursed.
