Free returns for orders shipped to customers in the U.S.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your unworn shoes must be returned in their original shoe box within 30 days of the date printed on the invoice. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your account to be creditedWe guarantee against manufactures’ defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. 

  • Restricted Footwear is not responsible for missing, damaged, or package lost in transit.
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded.
